William (Bill) Loucks, CPA/CA/Director
Bill received his Honours Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture from the University of Guelph in 1978. He qualified as a Chartered Professional Accountant in 1981. Bill joined Collins Barrow in 1989 and retired in December 2017. While working as a partner of the Chatham-Kent practice; Bill provided audit, accounting, tax and various consulting services. The Chatham-Kent Chamber of Commerce awarded Bill the 2007 Business Professional of the year award. Over the years, Bill has been a shareholder of various privately held manufacturing companies.

Thomas Q. O'Connor, Director
Tom O’Connor has had over 40 years of experience in the mining industry working with a number of junior mineral exploration companies both on surface and underground. Prior to retiring in 2018 he worked for Bechtel in Canada, Chile, and Peru as a Contract Superintendent from October 1989 to February 2015 and Fluor Construction also in Chile as a Tunnel Superintendent from December 2017 to January 2018.

James H. Place, P. Geo
A registered Professional Geoscientist (British Columbia) from 1992 until June 2022, with more than 25 years of experience in the aggregate and engineering fields. He has worked on all phases of aggregate projects from exploration and planning through to testing, development, marketing, production and reclamation throughout northern and coastal British Columbia. Mr. Place has held positions with government, engineering companies, and environmental consulting companies, i.e. Levelton Consultants Ltd., Uplands Resources Inc. and ECL Environment Solutions. His experience includes carrying out professional analysis and providing leadership for aggregate project development and construction engineering related to civil works and major infrastructure projects. |
